My favourite typeface is Tahoma.

The reason why I like this typeface is not speacial at all. At first, I just like sans-serif fonts, and when I ask one of my friends that which font is good. She answered “Tahoma is the best”. Not just once time, everytime I ask her which font is good, she always reply “Tahoma”. Therefore, I start using Tahoma and becoming like it.

Tahoma typeface is now used as my defaut typeface for everything, such as using in notepad, using in Yahoo!Messenger, using in my blog at Livejournal, Xanga, ….. Tahoma is one of the most popular typefaces used today. Tahoma typeface is a sans-serif which based on Verdana typeface designed by Mathew Carter in 1999. The diffirence between Tahoma and Verdana is that the space between letters in Tahoma is closer than in Verdana. Tahoma consits two Windows True Type fonts (regular and bold) , means that they can be rotated and scaled to any size. Tahoma is designed for using as a defaut screen font for Windown XP operating system.
